Architect. Executive director of the US-based Armenian Educational Institute’s Yerevan office. In the last few years, more than 145 schools were renovated and built in the border and rural areas of Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhk with the efforts of that organization.

Folklorist. Head of the Folkloristic Textology Department of the RA NAS’ Institute of Archeology and Ethnography. Collected and written down valuable folkloristic and ethnographic material. Authored more than 60 scientific and journalistic articles, reviews and other publications. Edited and translated a number of works.

Candidate of Sciences in Architecture. Team Leader of the General Planning Department of YerevanProject JSC. Junior researcher and lecturer at the Yerevan Architecture and Construction State University’s Urban Planning Chair.

Architect. Expert from the Center for Strategic Research. Served as the NKR’ permanent representative in the RA in 1992-1995. In 2000-2005, served as the NKR President’s political advisor.

Candidate of Science in History. Director of the RA NAS’s Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genoside. Author of numerous articles, research papers and monograms on the Karabakh issue and the Armenian-Turkish relations.

Art-director of the Yerevan State pantomime theatre. Vice-Chairman of the National Comission on TV and Radio.

Head of the Refugees Department in the Migration Agency of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration. Worked at the RA Government’s Migration and Refugees Department, including as Head of the NKR Reconstruction and Repopulation Section.
